JStudio was one of Australia's largest daigou businesses — UGG boots, apparel, and everything in between. At peak, they were turning over more than a million dollars a month, serving tens of thousands of customers across Sydney. JStudio wound down in 2024 as the daigou market shifted. The technology still stands as the benchmark for what a scaled daigou operation can look like.
Every order came in by WeChat message. Manually.
Every night, the team spent two hours reconciling what came in, what was paid, what was owed.

The outcome
Order processing ran 10× faster. Nightly reconciliation dropped from two hours to zero. JStudio became one of the most digitally capable daigou operations in Australia.
